Gillian Wagner

Board Member
Weingart Center for the Homeless

Serving on the Board since 2013

Gillian Wagner was born in England and has lived in Los Angeles for over 30-years.

For the past ten years Wagner has been involved with Hope-Net, a small non-profit that runs 13 food pantries in the Metro-Los Angeles Area.  She volunteers at pantries; helps coordinate pantry leaders, serves on the board, and at the end of 2012 completed her third year as President.

Wagner has taken courses in Non-Profit Management at UCLA. With two sons away at college, she now has more time to devote to her passion: helping those less fortunate in Los Angeles.

The Weingart Center for the Homeless provides comprehensive human services to homeless men, women, veterans, parolees, families, HIV+ and other at-risk individuals, giving them the skills, resources, and hope they need to lead productive lives off the streets. Located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles' Skid Row, the Weingart Center for the Homeless is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that breaks the cycle of homelessness and poverty.
