Warren Loui, Partner at Winston & Strawn, is a transactional and corporate attorney specializing in Securitization, Lending, and Emerging Companies.  Prior to joining Winston & Strawn, Loui was a Partner at Mayer Brown.

 Loui is listed in the International Financial Law Review’s 1000 World’s Leading Lawyers, Corporate Counsel and The Best Lawyers in America.

 Loui graduated from Stanford Law School, received his MBA from Stanford University and earned a BS at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

The Weingart Center for the Homeless provides comprehensive human services to homeless men, women, veterans, parolees, families, HIV+ and other at-risk individuals, giving them the skills, resources, and hope they need to lead productive lives off the streets. Located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles' Skid Row, the Weingart Center for the Homeless is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that breaks the cycle of homelessness and poverty.
