  • Residential Programs

    Residential Programs The Weingart Center Association has an 11-story residential building that provides housing every day for nearly 600 people who are determined to change their lives.  We offer our participants a nurturing, secure living environment, and have numerous residential programs tailored for men, women, veterans, people on parole, HIV+ individuals, the mentally ill, homeless families and people with substance abuse issues.

  • Non-Residential Programs

    Non-Residential Programs The Weingart Center Association has numerous non-residential programs to help homeless and at-risk individuals. We have an onsite medical clinic, employment services for job readiness and placement, and mental health treatment. Our walk-in Access Center provides information and referral services, case advocacy, and a wide range of other social services, including free, 24-hour voicemail service to people without phones.

  • Permanent Housing

    Permanent Housing There is a pressing need for affordable housing in the Los Angeles area, especially for very low income people who would benefit from ongoing support services. The Weingart Center Association intends to expand its continuum of services beyond transitional housing and begin producing and managing permanent affordable housing, specifically permanent supportive housing.
