Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH)
Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) is a long-term housing solution, particularly for those with disabilities, chronic illnesses, a history of chronic homelessness, or other significant barriers to housing stability. PSH combines affordable housing assistance with voluntary support services to enable individuals to live independently and improve their quality of life. Opened in 2023, 11010 smB is a specialized housing development that caters to the needs of seniors and senior Veterans aged 55 and older who have experienced homelessness. This 5-story building comprises 51 units, offering its residents a secure and supportive living environment. The facility is located within a mile of the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, providing convenient access to additional services.
Amenities include fully furnished units, heating & air conditioning, full kitchens, patios, rooftop deck, community room, on-site pet relief area, and a gym.
Weingart Tower 1

Weingart Tower 1 represents a significant addition to the city's Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) landscape. This development is designed to provide high-quality apartment living in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. The tower features a diverse mix of units, including 228 studios, 47 one-bedroom apartments, and three one-bedroom units for on-site property managers. Notably, 40 income-based units are reserved for Veteran households meeting certain qualifications, acknowledging the unique needs of this group.

This future 17-story high-rise in Downtown Los Angeles is set to offer 302 units of Permanent Supportive Housing, specifically aimed at combating homelessness in the city. Occupying a 1.12-acre site, 600 San Pedro will provide 298 units and four units for on-site property managers.
Amenities include fully furnished units, heating & air conditioning, full kitchen, community spaces, courtyard, barbecue area, amphitheater, community garden, 30,600 square feet of open space, career center, library, laundry room, and fitness area. Additionally, 600 San Pedro will include a 4-story parking structure, and 2,800 square feet of community-serving retail space. The project is expected to reach completion in 2025.

The Weingart Greenleaf represents a significant transformation in supportive housing. Formerly known as the La Casa Inn, this development is being renovated into a 101-unit Permanent Supportive Housing facility, funded by Project Homekey. Aimed at providing a comfortable and sustainable living environment, each unit in The Weingart Greenleaf is thoughtfully designed with residents' needs in mind.

This project, which was formerly the Sea Rock Hotel, is part of the transformative efforts funded by Project Homekey. 7024 Broadway is a future six-story building comprising of 52 units. The facility will cater to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The development will include 40 studio units for individuals, 11 two-bedroom units for families, and one two-bedroom unit for a property manager.

Alveare

Alveare is a future seven-story development that encompasses 303 units, thoughtfully designed to accommodate a variety of resident needs. This complex targets three key population groups: PSH (Permanent Supportive Housing) for 98 homeless individuals, seniors, and families, both under general affordable categories. The unit distribution will include 6 studio units for families and 30 for seniors, 38 one-bedroom units for families, 58 for seniors, 97 for PSH, and one for an on-site property manager. Additionally, there are 30 two-bedroom units for families, 11 for seniors, and two additional property manager units, alongside 30 three-bedroom units exclusively for families.

Homekey Norwalk is a reimagined facility that was formerly a Motel 6. It currently operates as a 51-unit interim housing facility, with plans to transition into permanent supportive housing.

Formerly known as Grand Park Inn, The Weingart Sycamore will be a 109-unit Permanent Supportive Housing facility, made possible through funding from Project Homekey. Our vision is to create an inviting and sustainable living space, meticulously tailored to meet the diverse needs of our residents.
Within The Weingart Sycamore, residents will find a wealth of amenities to enhance their comfort and well-being. Each unit is fully furnished and equipped with modern conveniences such as heating and air conditioning, a fully functional kitchen, a television, a private bathroom, bicycle storage, and laundry facilities.
