We're thrilled to share that the Weingart Center's newest permanent supportive housing for seniors and Veterans will open soon. This new housing solution will help us provide safe and secure housing with services tailored specifically for seniors and senior Veterans.

11010 smB is a welcome addition to the Weingart Center's existing portfolio of permanent supportive housing solutions, which all provide quality and compassionate services to end homelessness in Los Angeles County. Located at 11010 Santa Monica Boulevard, the five-story building features:

• 51 fully furnished studio unit apartments

• Rooftop deck

• Pet-friendly living

• Artful modern design

• Comprehensive wraparound services

It's important that our seniors and senior Veterans have the things they need when they move into their new permanent supportive homes. These carefully curated kits conain necessities like blankets, pillows, cookware, toiletries and more—things that can make all the difference in helping the residents feel comfortable in their new homes.
