Community Leader Jessica Lall to Receive Champions for Change Award at 27th Annual Weingart Golf Classic
We’re excited to announce that Jessica Lall, former President & CEO of Central City Association (CCA), and the newly appointed Managing Director of CBRE’s DTLA office, will be awarded the Champions for Change Award during the 27th Annual Weingart Golf Classic on April 3, 2023! This award honors those who have made significant efforts to improve the quality of life for the communities we serve.
Jessica is a community leader who has dedicated her work to increasing civic engagement in local government, improving access to mental healthcare, and solving the L.A. region’s housing and homelessness crises. She serves on the executive committee of the University of Southern California (USC) Board of Governors, the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board, and the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority Commission. She was the Fall 2022 Barbara Boxer Fellow for USC’s Center for the Political Future.
Jessica is a strong advocate for the rights of marginalized groups, and she brings that passion and insight to improving the quality of life for residents in disadvantaged communities. We’re thrilled to see her win this prestigious award because she embodies what we believe makes a true champion — dedication to making our community better!
Weingart Center is proud to host the 27th Annual Weingart Golf Classic fundraiser. It's a wonderful opportunity to get together with friends, family, and colleagues and enjoy a day on the golf course while supporting the Weingart Center’s mission.
Proceeds from this event benefit Weingart Center programs and services, which are designed to break the cycle of homelessness for thousands in the greater Los Angeles area.
