We start the evening with Award Winning Mixologist, Charlotte Voisey, as she demonstrates how to mix the evening’s beautifully paired cocktail. Then it’s on to the highly entertaining interactive cooking demo with Chef Puck.

Emceed by comedian, auctioneer, and consummate foodie, Billy Harris. Billy is a highly sought-after auctioneer who lends his comedic style to the auction block. His contagious energy, explosive style, and ability to work a crowd creates an atmosphere that will have the audience laughing while opening their wallets.
Musical entertainment by Chris Pierce. Chris has headlined road tours, and performed on stage with or opened worldwide for Seal, B.B. King, Al Green, Aaron Neville, Cold War Kids, and many others. His voice and music have been heard in film and television, including: Rosewood, True Blood, Single Ladies, Dawson's Creek, and more.
